Clifford "Kippy" Lipscomb, age 59, passed away Friday, January 3rd, 2020 at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital in Tarboro. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Norma Jean Lipscomb. He is survived by his daughter, Deanna D. Lipscomb; brother, Carl D. Lipscomb, Jr.; and sister, Jeannie Benton.

A private memorial will take place at a later date.
