While floral tributes are appreciated, those wishing to make memorial donations are asked to consider the "Mr. Neil Ambassador Award", an annual recognition that will be awarded to a member of the East Coast EDT racing community. Donations may be submitted by PayPal to tatorledbetter@yahoo.com, with "Mr. Neil" in the message line.
Friends are invited to remember Neil by bringing a favorite photo to be shared on a Life Collage at the church.
