Alison Renee Hathaway Holland, age 44, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Monday, June 30, 2025. She was born on August 11, 1980, to Larry Basil Hathaway, Sr. and Ann Langley Allen.

She grew to become a loving mother, daughter, wife, sister, aunt, and dear friend who will be remembered for her infectious laugh and joyful spirit that brought love, life, and sass wherever she went. She loved sharing pool time with her "sissy" Lisa, going to the beach, making laughs with her mother, shopping, cooking and grilling with her husband and stepson, and spending time with family and friends. Her son, Jason, was the love of her life and her pride and joy. Her greatest accomplishment was raising him into the responsible young man he is today. She was a loving supporter and encourager, especially for her triplet nephews, whom she adored.

Alison's life was a wonderful gift that brought much to those who knew and loved her. We rest with the promise of seeing her again and gratitude for the blessing of sharing this precious time with her.

Alison was preceded in death by her father, Larry Basil Hathaway, Sr. and brother, Larry Basil "LB" Hathaway, Jr. She leaves cherished memories for her loving son, Jason Pridgen; mother, Ann Langley Allen; husband, Brad Holland and stepson, Jase Holland; sister, Lisa Hathaway Osborne and husband, Rick; triplet nephews, Nicholas, Zachary, and Benjamin Osborne; nephew, Alex Hathaway; niece, Allisa Hathaway; father-in-law, Larry Holland and wife, Linda; mother- in-law, Joan Derby; sisters-in-law, Ronna Whitehurst and husband, Travis, and Allison Brake; niece, Anna Brake; nephew, Trey Brake; stepmother, Joan Hathaway; stepbrother, Brandon Balkcum; along with many beloved friends and extended family members. Please join family and friends for a celebration of Alison's life on Saturday, July 5 at 12:00 PM at New Life Church, 1127 Benvenue Road, Rocky Mount. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 – 11:45 AM.
