Aubree Nichole Casper, infant daughter of Rebecca Jenkins and Jonathan Casper, went to be with Jesus on December 29, 2025, in the comfort of the arms of her parents. She was born at only 25 weeks gestation on August 15, 2025, at 1lb 6oz and 12 inches long. Though she was small, she was mighty. She overcame many medical obstacles including multiple surgeries and tests, never wavering in her fight. Aubree was blessed with four months and fourteen days on earth, but will stay in Heaven for eternity. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Donna Jenkins and uncle, Kevin Andrews.

Aubree will remain forever in the hearts of her parents, Jonathan and Rebecca; paternal grandparents, Johnnie Long and Ronnie Casper (Tina), all of Tarboro; uncles, Zachary Meadows, Chris Meeks (Morgan), all of Tarboro, Wilbur Meeks, Jr. (Ebony) of Rocky Mount and Andrew Casper (Jennifer) of Pinetops; great-grandmothers, Edith Scott and Beth Moore (Leroy); great-aunt, Tammy Scott; great-uncle, Freddie Scott (Cookie); along with several cousins and other extended relatives.

**UPDATE: A service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Davis-Little Funerals, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount. The family will receive friends from 3:00 - 5:00pm on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Davis-Little Funerals.
