Our precious baby boy, Austin Michael Whitley was born sleeping on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:43 am to his parents,  Anthony Shane Whitley and Erica Shayne Stone.

He was perfectly beautiful, weighing 7 pounds, 14 ounces and measuring 20 inches long.

For reasons we may never understand in this life, Baby Austin was welcomed into Heaven before we were ready. And even though our hopes and dreams will never materialize for him here on Earth, our faith and trust in our Father remains steadfast. The promise of a reunion with Austin Michael is one we hold in our hearts for eternity.

He is now and forever remains a precious child of God.

Austin is forever loved and cherished by his parents, Anthony and Erica; siblings, Noah, Addyson and Ava; maternal grandparents, Eric Stone and Shanna Smith, maternal great-grandparents, Terry Stone, all of Dunn; paternal grandparents, Mike and Leigh Whitley of Rocky Mount and Amy and Charles Silver of Spring Hope, paternal great-grandparents, Kathy and Kenneth Whitley of Middlesex and Ricky and Deborah Perry of Spring Hope, aunts, Jennifer, Courtney  Caroline, Morgan, Savanna, and Jada and uncles, Westley, Weiland, Colton, and Blake.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 24, 2025 at the family cemetery located at 3593 Old Nash Road, Middlesex, NC 27557.
