Pinetops Betty "Jacki" Creech Langston, age 73, passed away peacefully at her home Thursday afternoon, December 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Leecy Creech; grandson, Chadwick Wetherington; brother, Rudolph Creech; and son-in-law, Donald Davis, Jr. She is survived by a devoted family that includes her husband, Ed Langston; children, Chan and Ronda Marlow of Eagle River, Alaska, Denise and Joe Carson of Pinetops, Bonni Davis of Tarboro, Beth and Brian Green of Pinetops, and Chris Cowley of Alabama; brothers, Eugene and Sharon Creech of TN, and Jerry and Dotty Creech of Tarboro. Jacki will also be greatly missed by sixteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, as well as many nieces, nephews, and family friends. Burial will follow at St. Michael's Episcopal Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Tuesday evening, also at the church, and other times at the home.
