Bonnie Strickland Wilson, age 63, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, August 20, 2019 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport, NC.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Mary Smith Strickland, and her husband, Barney James Wilson, III.

She leaves a lifetime of wonderful memories for her devoted sons, Jason Holland (Jessi) of Emerald Isle, and Brian Holland (Jennifer) of Pinetops; sister, Joanne Medlin of Red Oak; grandchildren, Jagger and Jansen Holland, and Blake Holland; nieces and nephew, Tina Harrison, Amy Jeans, Nicki Davis, and Ben Smith. She also leaves a loving pastor and church family as well as a host of family friends and extended relatives.

Please join family and friends to celebrate Bonnie's wonderful life: 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 24 at Falkland Church of God, 5923 S. Main St., Falkland, NC, The family will receive friends prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 pm, and other times at the home of Brian and Jennifer Holland. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Memories at Rocky Mount Memorial Park, 4454 Dortches Blvd, Rocky Mount.
