Catherine Louise Marler

Catherine “Cathy” Louise Marler, age 87, passed away at Tarboro Health & Rehab in Tarboro on Sunday, October 18, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-four years, Robert “Bob” Marler, Jr.

Cathy is survived by her son, Rob Marler of Pinetops; daughter, Kimberly Denise Daniels and husband, Lenny, of Palm Springs, CA; sisters, Barbara Jane Clendenning of Dover, DE and Marion Windsor of Cupertino, CA; grandchildren, Paul S. Marler, Joshua R. Marler, Emily Arnett and husband, Zack, and Reba Daniels and great-grandchildren, Case, Collins, and Clayton Arnett.

The family will host a Celebration of Cathy’s Life at 5:00pm on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at Eagles Baptist Church, NC-124, Macclesfield, NC 27852. Visitation will immediately follow the service. Floral tributes should be directed to Eagles Baptist Church.
