Rocky Mount

Charlotte Rose Price Woolard, age 74, passed away Saturday afternoon, March 4, 2023 at her home in Rocky Mount, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, John M. and Audrey Lancaster Price; husband, Orbery "Wayne" Woolard; and brothers, Jeff and Chuck Price.

She is survived by a loving family that includes her sons, Rodney Lamm (Angie) of Spruce Pine, NC, Chris Woolard (Sherry) of Rocky Mount, and Ashley Woolard (Krystal) of Greenville; brothers, Rick Price (Charlotte) and Johnny Price, all of Rocky Mount. She was especially proud of her grandchildren, Christopher Woolard, Jr and Somer Huey (Armando) and great-grandchildren, Isaac, Bella, Alex, and Ava Benitez.

A special note of thanks is extended to Beth Woolard for her many hours as Charlotte's caregiver. Her love and attention are deeply appreciated.

The family will gather to receive friends 12-1:30 pm, Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at the Refuge Church, 3720 S. Hathaway Blvd, Sharpsburg. Graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm, Pineview Cemetery, Rocky Mount.
