Rocky Mount –

Cheryl Ann Davis, fondly known to family and friends as "Mama Cheryl", passed away peacefully in her home, Monday, December 21st, 2020 at the age of 71 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Rosa Daniels; husband, Danny Kaye Davis; son in law, Keith Denton; grandson, Matthew Keith Denton; great grandchild, Logan Corey Denton; and sister, Sarah Frances Phillips.

She leaves behind a loving family including her two daughters, Susan Denton, and Donna Wall and husband, Alan; son, Danny Ray Davis, all of Rocky Mount; grandchildren, Michael Wall and Jacob Denton and wife, Megan; great grandchildren, Victoria Denton and Bryan Braswell; along with a host of family friends and other relatives.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 26th, 2020 at 2 P.M. at Bailey Town Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
