Debbie Davis

Deborah "Debbie" Davis, age 72, passed away Friday morning, May 29, 2027 at ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital in Tarboro, North Carolina.

She was born in Edgecombe County on February 2, 1954 to Earl L. and Joyce Eason Batts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-one years, James S. "Jimmy" Davis; son, Rodney Davis; brothers, Kenneth Batts and Ricky Batts; sister, Pam Louvier; and daughter-in-law, Kristie Davis.

Debbie is survived by her sons, Travis Davis (Hannah Poole) of Tarboro and Michael Davis of Williamsburg, VA; brothers, Jeff Batts and wife, Kathy and Larry Batts, all of Virginia; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Tidwell (Madi Sheppard), Haley Tidwell, Elizabeth Davis, and Halie Trent; close friends, Willie and Ann Keel; along with several nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.
