Rocky Mount -

Grady Ray Tart, Jr., passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Nash UNC Hospital. He was born in Henderson, NC on July 3, 1959 to Grady and Elizabeth Hermens Tart, both of whom preceded him in death.

He is survived by his companion and life partner, Sandi Liles; children, Allisha Tart of Jacksonville, Haylee Robinson (Trevor) of Elm City and Cody Robinson (Victoria) of Red Oak; sister, Kay Moss (J.R.) of Rocky Mount and grandchildren, Rachel Thomas, Ayden Hanlin, Jaxon Robinson and Carson Robinson.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 2:00PM at The Church of God, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount, NC 27804. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00PM and other times at the home.
