Joan A. Cox, age 77, passed away peacefully at her home Sunday, April 12, 2020. She is survived by her companion and partner of thirty-three years, Helen Perry; sisters, Irene Lara of the Philippines, and Betty Bainto of San Francisco, CA. A private memorial to honor Joan's life will take place at a later date.
