JoLenne Pierce, age 79, passed away peacefully Friday, November 21, 2025 at Nash UNC Health Care in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Her journey began in Nash County on October 7, 1946, daughter of Clyde and Shirley Arrington DeBow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn "G.A." Pierce.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Glenn Pierce; daughter, Kimberly Dawn Pierce; brother, Clyde Edward DeBow, II and wife, Lisa, all of Rocky Mount; granddaughter, Kristin Dawn Pierce, also of Rocky Mount; great-grandchildren, Kaleah Dawn Whitaker, Zoey Rene Whitaker and Javonte Deon Whitaker, Jr. and nephew, Dustin Edward DeBow.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
