Joyce Proctor Barnes, 84, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Myrtie Proctor; husband, James R. Barnes; brothers, Earl and Michael Proctor; sisters, Vivian Sellers and Agnes Proctor.

Joyce is survived by her children, Philip W. Barnes (Brenda Farmer), Shirley Barnes McLaughlin, and Rhonda B. Brown (Tracy), all of Nashville, grandchildren; James Adam McLaughlin of Pennsylvania and Donna Brown of Spring Hope, 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
