Ken "Danny" Warfield

Ken “Danny” Warfield, Jr, age 71, passed away peacefully Monday, May 4, 2026. He was born in Sullivan County, New York on August 15, 1954. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Keith Warfield, Sr and Lynda Miller Warfield and sister-in-law, JoAnn Warfield.

He is survived by his children, Nathaniel Warfield and wife, Jill of Bristow, VA and Tarah Warfield of Rockledge, FL; grandchildren, Keira, Kaitlyn, Aidan and Liam Warfield; siblings, Susan Warfield of Roseville, MN and Gary Warfield of Boyerton, PA; niece, Jessi Poley and husband, Tyler; great-nephew, Landon Poley; along with many extended relatives.

Those that knew him fondly remember how talented and dependable he was. During his time at Glaxo and Abbot he was willing to operate where needed. He could be just as efficient in the machine shop as well as on the product line. If it was at home, he was helping neighbors and friends make additions to their homes or building furniture for his family. Ken found great joy in giving of himself for the good of others. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

The family will host a memorial service on June 13th in Rocky Mount, NC.
