Kevin Davenport

Kevin "Kel" Davenport, age 55, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026. He was born in Edgecombe County on May 18, 1971, son of Joseph and Virginia Braddy Davenport. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Davenport, Jr. and nephew, Victor Matthew Davenport.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Davenport; daughter, Ashley Robinson of Conetoe; sister, Lisa Pineda (Corey Akinson) of Conetoe; paternal aunt, Mary Davenport of White Lake; niece, Tiffany Taylor; nephew, Cameron Cherry, both of Pinetops, along with many family friends, church family, and other extended relatives.

The family will host a memorial service at 1:00pm on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Northern Boulevard Baptist Church, 502 E Northern Blvd, Tarboro, NC 27886.
