Kevin Sean Henry, Sr, 74, passed away peacefully on Monday February 2, 2026, at ECU Health Greenville Hospice House. He was born on January 3, 1952, in Jersey City, NJ to the late Donald Henry and Kathleen Fitzpatrick Henry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Kerri von Kessel.

Kevin was a lifelong mechanic in the Industrial Manufacturing industry working in New Jersey and Arizona before bringing him to North Carolina. Over the years, he enjoyed his English bulldogs, watching his grandsons play baseball, target shooting, watching westerns especially "Gunsmoke", and traveling with his family.

In January 2022, Kevin made the most important decision of his life and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior while attending Rosebud Baptist Church. He was baptized October 2022 at Arlington Baptist Church where he attended with his family until his health declined.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 55 years Patricia "Pat" Henry, his son Kevin Sean Henry, Jr & wife Elaine Weaver Henry and daughter Kimberly "Kim" Henry Spivey & husband Ted Spivey; grand-children Sean Henry & fiancé Allison Strufe, Scott Henry, and Carson Spivey; sister Kathleen Snedeker, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A service to celebrate his life will be held Sunday February 15, 2026 at 3pm at Arlington Baptist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service until 5pm.
