William "Lars" Gonzalez, age 22, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023. He was born in Hertford County, North Carolina on June 11, 2001.

He is survived by his mother, Jamie Gonzalez of Tarboro; father, Benjamin Gonzalez (Donna) of Greenville; siblings, Damian Gonzalez, Isaiah Gatling, Jayden Cobb, Abigail Gonzalez, and Gerrit Gonzalez and nephew, Damian Gonzalez. He will also be missed by his maternal grandparents, Tracy Godwin and Henry Phillips of Pinetops; paternal grandmother, Maryann Breukelman (Gerrit); maternal uncle, Billy Hahn of Greenville; special friend, Luther "Boomer" Cobb; along with many friends and other extended relatives.

A private memorial will take place at a later date.
