Levi Bland Derral Scott, infant son of Eli and Kristyn Scott, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by special family friends, Jaydon Gibson and Brandon Murphy and family fur baby, Teal Scott.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Kendalynn Scott; paternal grandmother, Tammy Bland of Greenville; paternal grandfather, David Scott (Kathleen) of Tacoma, WA; maternal grandmother, Alisa Coward (Mike) of Tarboro; paternal great-grandparents, Joseph and Carolyn Bland of Morehead City and Tony and Pat Scott of Tarboro; paternal aunt, Dakota Davis (Pat) of Pinetops; paternal uncle, Wyatt "Cape" Daniels of Greenville; maternal aunt, Kathryn Taylor of Fremont; cousins, Spencer Scott, Leander Davis, Kaley, Donnie, and Nicholas Nordan; close special friends, Russell and Taylor Thomas and their three daughters, Hannah, Harlee, and Harper; other special friends, Ricky and Danette Webb and their son, Randy, Ashleigh and Chris Glover and son, Joshua, Jake Odom and Christina Padilla and daughter, Lily Odom, and Tim and Sally Odom.

A service will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 2:00PM at Pinetops Church of God, 4085 NC 43, Pinetops, North Carolina 27864. Burial will follow at Macclesfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00PM.
