Rocky Mount

Linda W. Ammons, 80, passed away on August 17, 2022, following several years of declining health.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Edith Mae White.

Linda worked for the City of Rocky Mount Fire Department as a Fire Prevention Coordinator until her retirement in 2004.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gary S. Ammons.  A private memorial service will be held in South Carolina at a later date.
