Lucille Udora McKenzie, age 76, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Nash UNC Health Care in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

She is survived by her faithful and loving husband of 34 years, Gus Lee McKenzie; daughter, Shannon K. Brown (James) of Anchorage, AK; step-children, Tonya Faultry, Tanya Williams, both of San Antonio, TX and Tianna Jo Okay of College Station, TX; sister, Beverly A. Stewart of Spring Hope; brother, Arthur W. Frazier (Barbara); grandchildren, Joshua Frazier, Scott Williams, Jr., Jonathan Williams and Lena Brown; great-grandson, Joshua Frazier, Jr.; step-grandchildren, Briana Little, Walker Washington and Ifeoma Amaka Okay; special nieces, Sherry Stewart of Los Angeles, CA and Julie Pearce (Nathan) of Massachusetts; nephews, Amos McKenzie, III of Morrisville and Terry McKenzie (Sharon) of Seagrove; niece, Cynthia Lily of Rocky Mount; special friends, Johnny Mayo (Pat), D.D. Richardson, Lorraine and Hubert Grant, Jr., and Kim Wiggins and family; along with many nieces, nephews, and other close friends.

A memorial service will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00AM at The Church of God, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount, NC 27804. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
