Lynne Logan Hill, age 64, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC. She was preceded in death by father, Donald Ralph Logan; maternal grandparents, Jasper and Hattie Proctor; and paternal grandparents, Vernon and Pearl Logan. She is survived by her children, Bethany Shannon Thornell (Gregg) of Rocky Mount, and John Scott Hill (Erin Diskin) of Morrisville; mother, Vernell P. Logan; sister, Lisa Godwin (Phil), all of Rocky Mount; grandchildren, Ethan and Norah Thornell; along with a host of family friends and other extended relatives.

A memorial service will take place at 2:00pm, Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Red Oak United Methodist Church, 8285 Red Oak Blvd, Red Oak, NC. In keeping with efforts to maintain safety for friends and family during the Covid pandemic, facial coverings are respectfully required.
