Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Pridgen, age 61, passed away peacefully Friday evening, October 23, 2026, with her family by her side. She was born in Nash County on June 18, 1965. Beth was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Williams.

She is survived by a loving family that includes her husband of forty-three years, Albert “Buddy” Pridgen; sons, Joshua Ellis Pridgen and wife, Kenya Harvey Pridgen of Knightdale and Jacob Dee Pridgen of Rocky Mount and mother, Joan Ellis Wall of Nashville.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
