Morgan Dennis Coley, age 79, passed away Thursday morning, September 10th, 2020 at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Louise Penwell Coley; sisters, Ella Little and husband, Lyman, and Margaret Randall; and grandson, Michael Shawn Coley, Jr. He is survived by his sons, Michael Coley and wife, Ruby and Dennis Coley and wife, Christine; brother, Lyle "Pete" Coley and wife, Linda; grandchildren, Christopher Coley and wife, Danielle, Hayley Stroud and husband, Brandon, and Brittany Whitfield; and great-grandchildren, Khloe and Michael Coley, Sutton Whitfield, and Maddox Stroud. He will be especially missed by his best running mate, Walter Dew.
