WILMINGTON -

Nikki Jackson, age 37, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Barbara "Mimi" Joyner and paternal grandmother, Rosa Garris Jackson. Nikki will be missed by her four children, Austin and Evan Gore, Riley Tartt, and Isabella Aguirre; parents, Luanna and Jerry Jackson of Rocky Mount; brother, Christopher Jackson of New Bern;  maternal grandfather, James C. Joyner; paternal grandfather, B.J. Jackson, both of Rocky Mount; uncles, Tom Bashore (Amanda) of Raleigh, John Bashore (Joy) of Rocky Mount, James K. Joyner (Angel) of Zebulon, and Michael Jackson (Jeannie) of Rocky Mount. Nikki also leaves a host of cousins, friends, and other extended relatives.

Family and friends will gather for a special time of remembrances and fellowship from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Saturday, May 23rd at Southside Baptist Church, 4948 Carter Rd., Elm City.
