Oliver M. Cone, age 75, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita "Teeny" Cone and brother, Thomas Cone. He is survived by his son, Robbie Cone and wife, Tracy of Rocky Mount; grandchildren, Haley and Logan; brothers, Ray Cone and his wife, Pat, and E. Wayne Cone; sisters, Lucille Narron and Lyvonne Kirkman; and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Cone. He will also be greatly missed by his beloved Drummond's Florist family; extended family, Arnold and Sharon Manning; his best friend, Evelyn Joyner; his church family at Ridgecrest Worship Center; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends and relatives.

Oliver's life will be celebrated with a special service at 11;00 A.M., Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Ridgecrest Worship Center, 1120 West Mount Dr., Rocky Mount. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit the family Friday evening, 6:00 - 8:00 P.M., also at Ridgecrest, and other times at Oliver's home, 410 Nashville Rd., Rocky Mount.
