Paul Linwood Viverette, 62, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2021 while surrounded by his family. He was born on February 7,1959 in Nash County to Roy Lee and Lucille Moss Viverette. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Lamm and brothers-in-law, Bill Lamm and G. Rothen Boykin, Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Best Viverette of Rocky Mount; children, Hunter Danielle Viverette of Rocky Mount and Tim Renfrow of Wendell; siblings, Rudy Lee Viverette (Sharon) of Pilot Mountain, Randy Dale Viverette (Brenda) of Nashville and Becky Boykin of Middlesex; nieces, Christy Garris (Paul), Michelle Strickland (Carl) and Wendy Ricks (Steve); nephews, Terry Boykin (Wendy), Jason Viverette and Christopher Viverette (Nikki) and his best friend, Tommy Prince (Cindy).

A service to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021, 11:00 AM at The Church of God, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.  Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at The Church of God on Thursday evening, September 30, 2020 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and other times at the home.
