Peggy Duren Mullan, age 74, passed away Sunday evening, April 7, 2024 at The Service League of Greenville Inpatient Hospice in Greenville, North Carolina.

She was born January 15, 1950 in Statesville, NC to Duane and Annie Mae Duren, both of whom preceded her in death. She is survived by her brothers, Jesse Duren (Shirley) and Carl Duren, all of Norfolk, Va and Cecil Burt Duren (Donna) of Lynchburg, Va.; sister, Bobbie Duren Wood (Gary) of Wilson, NC; nieces and nephews, Duane Duren, Christopher Duren (Carolyn), Holly Lewis (Todd), Adam Stallings (Rhiannon), and Tyler Stallings; great-nieces and nephews, Kaelynn, Zachary, Rhyan, Blakely and Beckett; special friends, Carol Watkins and Michelle Thomson; along with several other extended relatives.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 1:00pm at Greenleaf Memorial Park, New Bern, NC. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
