Phillip Balkcum, 48, passed away on May 5, 2021 at Vidant Hospice Care in Greenville.  He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Will Boseman.

Phillip is survived by his mother, Sandra Boseman; father, Hubert Balkcum; sister, Sherri Balkcum (Michael Woodard) of Sunset Beach; fiancé, Celeste Lindsey; half sister, Kelly Irwin (Donald) of Pilot; half-brothers, Joshua Boseman (Brittany) of Nashville, Brandon Balkcum of Las Vegas, Nevada, and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
