Nashville -

Phillip M. Hager, age 68, a loving husband, father, and papa, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at home with his family. He was born on June 7, 1953 in Kannapolis, NC and was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hager.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Bonnie Rose Hager; mother, Perline Hager of Kannapolis; two sons, Benjamin Hager and wife, Kelly and Brian Hager and wife, Kelli; and five precious grandchildren, Carter, Blake, Wyatt, Adalynn, and Garrett. He also leaves behind two sisters, Linda Hager of California and Pattie Chapman of Salisbury.

The Hager family will host a memorial service on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 11:00am at Wilson PCA, 4851 Bloomery Road, Wilson, NC. Friends will be received immediately following the service.
