Rocky Mount -

Robert "Robbie" Carlton Pullen, age 54, passed away unexpectedly in Detroit, Michigan on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. He was born on October 24, 1966 in Nash County to Robert and Nellie Vick Pullen, both of whom preceded him in death.

He is survived by his sisters, Alice Wiggins (Danny) of Coal Field, TN and Tina Pullen Proctor (James) of Rocky Mount; brother, Scott Pullen of Rocky Mount; fiancee, Faith Johnson of Rocky Mount and her children, Hannah Reece (Chris) and Abby Adcox, both of Rocky Mount.

Robbie lived his life as simply as he could. He was selfless, loved his family, and loved to laugh. He enjoyed his job as a truck driver where he traveled across the country, delivering music equipment to venues for different bands. His silly personality and contagious smile will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Vick Family Cemetery, 5634 West Mount Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27803. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
