Rocky Mount -

Ronald Earl Lynn, age 70, of Rocky Mount, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 15, 2026. Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Lynn and brother, Elmer Lynn.

Those left to treasure his memory are his brother, Lloyd Preston Lynn (Barbara); sisters, Patsy Cashwell, Kathy Baker, Debbie Cobb and Phyliss Horton; son, Timothy Earl Lynn (Angel); step-daughter, Pattie Bell Craft (Kevin); grandchildren, Destiny Lynn Fuller (Taylor), Jalyn Blake Lynn, Skylar Danielle Craft (Henry), Kyndle Nicole Nichols (Justin) and great-granddaughter, Gracie Layne Fuller.

Earl carried with him a sense of humor that would bring out the laughter in you! He enjoyed fishing and hunting, spending priceless moments with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father and Papa and will dearly be missed by many and always remembered.

A service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Davis-Little Funerals, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount, NC 27804. Interment will follow at Edgecombe Memorial Park, Tarboro. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12:00pm.
