Sherry Reece, age 66, passed away peacefully at her home Thursday afternoon, January 25, 2024 with her devoted family by her side.

She was born in Newport News, Virginia on March 25, 1957 to Warren Thomas and Mildred C. Jones. She was a beloved mother, sister, and Mamaw who was deeply loved and adored by her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by her husband, Bill F. Reece and brother, Kerry T. "Tommy" Jones.

She leaves a lifetime of treasured memories for her children, Robert "Robbie" Reece of Bracey, Va., Betsy Boyce of Boykins, Va., and Charles Reece of Severn, NC; siblings, Denny Jones of Bracey, Va., Tracey Shumaker (Ronnie) of Gloucester, Va., and Debbie King of Denby, Va.; ten grandchildren, Angela Ezzell (Dillon), Robert Reece, II (Amanda), Amber Boyce (Haley), Alexis Boyce (Morgan), Wyatt Reece, Micah Reece, Harper Reece, Shayna Hollowman, Crystal Carnley and Hadley Reece; and great-grandchildren, McKayla Hollowman, Austin Davis, Colton Ezzell, Kaden Goins, Liam Crusan, Aaron Goins, Kason Reece, Cameron Longoria, Zane Kimball, and Zoey Kimball. She will also be missed by those she shared beautiful friendships with, Debbie Sigler, Debbie Litten, Kaye and Jennie Davis and Tina Ezzell.

The family will host a Celebration of Life on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at The Pavillion at River Ridge in Bracey, Va.
