Thomas Stone

Thomas Anthony Stone, age 52, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on October 17, 2026.

Tom shared 21 years of marriage with his loving wife, Cindy Stone. They were married on June 11, 2005, and built a life together filled with memories and family.

Tom leaves behind his wife, Cindy Stone; his daughters, Jenny Stone and Jessica Williams (Brooks); his son, Joshua Stone; and his grandsons, Caiden Castillo and Jaxon Williams. He will also be remembered by his extended family and the many friends whose lives he touched.

Tom worked in the fire protection industry and took pride in his work. Outside of his professional life, he had a passion for racing RC cars, a hobby that brought him enjoyment and excitement.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Harmony Park of Wilson for the wonderful care and kindness they showed Tom throughout his time as a resident. The family would also like to thank Hospice of Wilson for their compassion, support, and dedication in keeping Tom comfortable during his final days. Their care and kindness will always be appreciated.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation and a time of sharing on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Davis-Little Funerals, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hospice Promise Foundation, 1901 Tarboro Street, Wilson, NC 27893 in honor of Tom.
