Waylon Hines, age 61, passed away Friday, March 13th, 2020 at UNC Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC

Waylon was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Eula Hines, and sister, Gail Rumsburg. He is survived by his devoted longtime companion and fiancee, Lynn Hamm; children, Ashley Leaham (Dirick) of Nash County, Bobby Hines (Meagan) of Ohio, and Kasie Evans (Michael) of Spring Hope; nine grandchildren, three fur babies, Maggie Mae, Baby Girl, Sweetpea and a host of family friends and other extended relatives.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, March 17th at Mill Branch Baptist Church in Sharpsburg. The family will receive friends prior to the service, beginning at 6:00 pm.
