William Floyd Wooten, age 79, passed from this life and into the arms of Jesus Sunday afternoon, December 27, 2020. He leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Ann Owens Wooten of the home in Macclesfield; nephew, Hugh Brent Wooten and wife, Tammy Webb Wooten; nieces, Kathy Gay and husband, Joe Gay, and Barbara Pittman; great niece, Kathy Jo Jones and husband, Jack, all of Macclesfield; great nephews, Chris Gay of Greenville, NC, Jordan Wooten and wife, Amber of Dalton, Ga, and Jameson and Jackson Wooten of Macclesfield; along with a host of family friends and other extended relatives.

Family and friends will gather for a special time to remember and celebrate Floyd's life at a Graveside Tribute, 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 30 at Autrey's Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Macclesfield. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
