William "Joe Langley, 79, surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday evening, June 2, 2020. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Tommie and Flora Langley; granddaughter, Lily Claire Langley; and sister, Geraldine Young.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Langley; children, Travis Langley (Christian), Renee Evans, Brooks Langley, all of Rocky Mount; grandchildren, Aubrey, Savannah, and Easton Langley, Kaitlyn and Trevor Evans; and sister, Mary Ann Gardner of Rocky Mount.
A graveside service will be held Friday, June 5, 2020, 11:00 AM at the Langley Family Cemetery, 5008 Bulluck School Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801. The family will receive friends immediately after the service and other times at the home of Renee Evans.
