Barbara Moseley Mulleins, age 85, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 22, 2023. She was born on January 26, 1938 in Halifax County to Jonas and Myrtle Hyman Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Johnson.

She is survived by her husband, Robert K. Mulleins; sons, Robert E. Moseley, Jr. and wife, Etta of Wendell, Ricky Jackson Moseley of Morristown, TN and Anthony David Moseley of Kill Devil Hills; sisters, Emma Lee Dickens of Whitakers and Myrtle Rowann Cannon of Nashville, NC; brother, Levern Johnson of Newport News, VA; thirteen grandchildren and special friend, whom she loved like a daughter, Lisa Moore and husband, Tom of Whitakers.

A service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 11:00am at Kingdom Hall - Jehovah's Witness, 1830 Old Mill Rd, Rocky Mount, NC. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00am and other times at the home.
