Bob Jr., age 61, passed away peacefully Friday, May 30, 2025. He was born in Nash County on June 8, 1963 to Bobby and Peggy Bobbitt Pridgen. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby S. Pridgen.

He is survived by his mother, Peggy B. Pridgen; brother, Randy S. Pridgen and wife, Kristen; uncle, Sam Pridgen; aunts, Betty King and husband, Ray and Carolyn B. Hawkins; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
