Dennis Wayne Weaver, age 65, passed away peacefully Friday, January 17, 2025 at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was born on April 22, 1959 in Nash County to Lonnie and Lettie Joyner Weaver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Ray Weaver.

He is survived by his niece, Melanie Weaver Wall and husband, Chandler; sister-in-law, Brenda Weaver; great nephew, Matthew Wall and great niece, Madison Gallentine and husband, Caleb, all of Rocky Mount.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
