Donald Rufus Harrell

Donald Rufus Harrell, age 71, passed away peacefully at his home Sunday evening September 25, 2022. He was born on May 10, 1951 in Craven County to Columbus and Ellen Meeks Harrell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Columbus "Red" Harrell, Jr., Mickey Harrell and Jimmy Harrell. 

He is survived by a loving family including his wife of 53 years, Yvonne Womble Harrell; sons, Christopher Michael Harrell and Donald Andrew Harrell, both of Pinetops; sisters, Barbara Barrows and Kim Cleary (Thomas), all of New Bern; brothers, Johnny Harrell of Kinston and Bobby Harrell of New Bern; sisters-in-law, Toni Rouse and Roberta Weaver, both of Pinetops.
