Eli Bland Scott

Eli Bland Scott, known by his friends as "Slomosavage BNME", passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning, October 28, 2023 at age 32. He was born June 23,1991 in Wake County, North Carolina and preceded in death by his infant son, Levi Bland Scott. 

He is survived by his best friend and wife of nine years, Kristyn Michelle Scott; daughter, Kendalynn Michelle Scott; mother, Tammy Bland of Greenville; father, David Scott (Kathleen) of Tacoma, WA; sister, Dakota Scott (Patrick) of Pinetops; brother, Wyatt Cape Daniels of Greenville and nephews, Spencer Thaddeus Scott and Leander Cole Davis. He will also be missed by his maternal grandparents, Carolyn and Joseph Bland of Morehead City; paternal grandparents, Tony and Pat Scott; maternal aunt, Natalie McCarthy (Tim) of Winterville; paternal uncles, Douglas Anthony Scott of Tampa, FL and Daniel Andrews Scott (Holly) of Smithfield; mother-in-law, Alisa Coward; along with numerous cousins and other extended relatives.

Eli was a talented and creative soul who excelled in everything he aspired to do. He was skilled in drawing, rapping, tattooing and making duck calls. He was a new business owner, excited to bring Badnewz Tattooz to life in Macclesfield, NC. He was also a dedicated family man who always put his wife and daughter above all; everything he did was for them. Eli was a loyal friend who often helped others when they were down on their luck, never expecting anything in return. He left us much too soon and will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.  

Friends and family will gather for a special time and service to remember and celebrate Eli's life on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Badnewz Tattooz, 201 W. Edgecombe Street, Macclesfield, NC 27852. Visitation will start at 2:00 pm, followed by a memorial celebration at 3:00 pm.
