Ernest Calvin Lee, Jr., better known to friends and family as "Skeet", passed away early Monday morning, September 18, 2023.
Skeet was preceded in death by his mother, Dean Lee and is survived by his father, Pastor Calvin Lee; sons, Christopher Lee of Greenville, William Whichard of Hobgood, and Grant Lee of Tarboro; sister, Kim White and husband, Paul of Bath; nephew, Caylon Thomas White of Los Angeles, CA; nieces, Emily Daughety and husband, Caine of Ayden and Savanna White of Greenville; great-nephews whom he loved as his grandchildren, Eli "Levi" and Judah Daughety; special friend, Hubert "Hubie" Bedard of Hobgood; along with a happy assortment of fishing buddies and friends at every fishing hole he frequented.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, September 22, 2023 at Northern Blvd Baptist Church, 502 E. Northern Blvd, Tarboro, NC 27886. The family will greet friends immediately following the service and other times at the home.
