John Thomas Williams

John Thomas Williams passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at his home at the age of 65. He was born on September 26, 1960, son of Earl D. Williams and Rebecca S. Williams of Nashville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin, Jim and brothers, Tim, Billy and Joe.

He is survived by his brothers, Mike Williams (Eve) of Salem Community and Larry Williams of Nashville.

John was an excellent finish carpenter alongside his twin brother, Jim. They were both also outstanding athletes in their younger years.

The family would like to thank his devoted caregivers, Hope Wiles, Brandon Daughtridge, Dylan, Chase, Conner and Alex for the care and attention they provided John.

The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 pm, Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Philadelphia Baptist Church, 6701 Taylor's Store Road, Nashville, NC 27856 and receive friends immediately afterward.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
