Max Baptista

Rocky Mount –

Max Baptista, age 18, passed away Friday, May 30, 2025. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dave Baptista; great-grandfather, Donald Baptista and aunts, Michelle Coley, Heidi Blankshain.

He is survived by his parents, Denise Baptista and Christopher Tann of Rocky Mount; sister, Makenzi Baptista; grandmother, Mary Jane Pierce (Alvin Evans) of Rocky Mount; aunts and uncles, Venice Richards of Florida, Helen Blankshain of Rocky Mount, Jason Barkley (Amber) and David Baptista, both of New York. Max will also be missed by many cousins, friends and other extended relatives.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on Monday, June 9, 2025 at NorthSide Church, 1660 Beaver Pond Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
