Melodie Carol Clements

Melodie Carol Clements, age 65, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday morning, November 10, 2024 at the Service League of Greenville Inpatient Hospice Center in Greenville, North Carolina. She was born on June 17, 1959 in Fairbanks, Alaska to Jesse and Joy Norton Owens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Clyde and Martha Owens.

She is survived by a loving family that includes her husband of twenty-nine years, Kevin Clements; children, Joey Manning (Jennifer Gardner) of Tarboro, Ashley Holmes (Jared) of Macclesfield and Bobby Wheeler (Kelly) of Port Charlotte, Florida; bonus son, Ian Holtzman; grandchildren, Noah, Alexis and Kaidence Holmes; siblings, Heather Owens and Heidi Owens of Ohio, Kimberly Kempe of Wisconsin, Cindy Kempe and Mark Kempe; step-mother, Patricia Owens; nephew, Atticus Jarrett and nieces, Jessica Koenen, Jessie, Bailey, and Kenzie Jarrett. Melodie will also be missed by her extended family in Edenton, NC as well as her church family at His Vision Ministry. 

The family will host a memorial service at 3:00pm on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at His Vision Ministries, 1903 Anaconda Road, Tarboro, NC 27886.

In lieu of flowers, toiletries and other necessities may be donated in memory of Melodie to the Service League of Greenville Inpatient Hospice Facility, 920 Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.
