Michael James Beard, age 68, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024.
He was born on May 22, 1956 in Nash County to parents, John L. Beard, Sr. and Myrtle Robinson Beard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Susan B. Bunn and nephew, Mark Beard.
He is survived by his brother, Johnny Beard; nephews, Chris Beard, Adam Smith, Brandon Bunn and John Bunn; along with other extended relatives.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
