On Sunday June 14, 2020, Michael Dee Rohr, 77 of Battleboro left this world to be with the love of his life, Jane, who predeceased him in 2015.

He lived in Rocky Mount for many years, working for the US Postal Service's maintenance department before retirement. Mike was a Navy veteran; Master Gardener for the NC Cooperative Extension program; volunteer with Meals on Wheels, regular at the Good Tymes club, Harley lover, mediocre poker player, loving friend and amazing uncle. He leaves to cherish his memory nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends; especially the Cobb family of Battleboro and Ms. Iris Eskew of Rocky Mount.

A memorial service will be announced after the current health crisis has passed.  Please celebrate Mike's memory with a donation to the Nash County Master Gardener Volunteer Association or to the Nash County Arboretum Enhancement Fund 1006 Eastern Ave, Nashville, NC 27856.
