Pat (Strickland) Moss

Spring Hope -

Pat Moss, age 69, passed away peacefully at her home early Wednesday morning, February 21, 2024. She was born March 15, 1954 in Nash County, NC to Carmel and Pauline Coppedge Strickland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Allen Strickland.

Pat leaves a lifetime of treasured memories for her loving family that includes her husband of thirty-nine years, Herbert Moss; children, Jamie Moss (Olivia) of Spring Hope, Melinda Tyson, also of Spring Hope, Scott Bottoms (Rhonda) of Elm City, Ashley Bottoms (BJ), Nicholas Moss, and Kevin Moss (Misty Griffin), all of Spring Hope; sister, Margie Turner (Billy) of Elm City; brother, Melvin Strickland (Margaret) of Bailey; along with many nieces, nephews, family friends and other extended relatives.

She will also be deeply missed by her beloved grandchildren, Jarrett Moss, Aubree Moss, Grayson Moss, Shanna Brannan, Storm Tyson, James Perry, Rebecca Perry, Kalib Ezzell, Logan Bottoms, and Hunter Garcia; and her sweet pup, Clyde.

Please join family and friends for a special time to remember and celebrate Pat's life Tuesday morning, February 27, 2024 at Davis-Little Funerals, 2129 Lawrence Circle, Rocky Mount, NC: Visitation will start at 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Pat's Life at 12:00 pm.
